At K.Rentals, we understand that timely delivery of our mobile kitchen units is essential for your event or project. We offer reliable and efficient shipping methods to ensure your kitchen unit arrives on time and in excellent condition. Our shipping costs are calculated based on the distance of your location from our warehouse and the weight of the unit. We will provide you with a detailed breakdown of the costs before you place your order. If you need to return or exchange your mobile kitchen unit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction. Please note that any damage caused to the unit due to misuse or negligence will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your rental experience at K.Rentals. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your mobile kitchen unit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction. If you need to cancel your order, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Orders cancelled less than 48 hours before delivery will be subject to a cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
